This is an interview position.


FedEx Express is looking for an ambitious individual who is keen on growing their career within a Fortune 100 company as a Field Account Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, driving new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.


How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career:


• Ensure consistent hunting/ prospecting to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies in order to exceed individual sales quota.

• Account management with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth

• Regular client visits to develop new business and build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

• Develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations that are tailored to meet our potential/existing customers' needs.

• Researching and analyzing your territory’s sales potential, and determining the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization

• Attending regular meetings with the Manager to review sales performance of assigned accounts. Participate in monthly sales meetings and stays current with the industry and market trends

• University degree required

• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience

• Experience selling to the C-Suite

• Outstanding presentation skills, communication and rapport building capabilities

• Strong experience surrounding contracts/negotiation

• Highly self-motivated; Attention to detail
