GENERAL SUMMARY
Job Profile Summary
The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain the architectural framework for package and load paths within the Surface and Air networks, ensuring a balance between service quality, cost, and capacity.
Essential Functions
Developing load architectural frameworks and business rules to support network priorities and success metrics.
Providing education and training to stakeholders on execution plans, network priorities, and business rules for load planning.
Anticipating changes and proactively developing load planning strategies to meet evolving business needs.
Acting as a liaison between field and corporate stakeholders to improve key network performance drivers.
Developing peak focus planning and establishing post-peak plans based on stakeholder feedback.
Collaborating with various teams to design and implement training plans for new technologies and processes related to network optimization.
Providing input on the design and usability of network planning and execution tools.
Some travel may be required.
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree with an analytical focus, such as engineering, math, science, or statistics required.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) years of progressive experience in process engineering roles or a combination of engineering and mid-to-senior management operations experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding and experience with the organizations network
Experience influencing leaders at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in software tools, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Working knowledge of data visualization tools and IT systems
