Office Services Asst II
Description
Processes printing, signage, and graphic jobs for departments. Process all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
Essential Functions
- Processes all requested print jobs inspecting and ensuing quality standards are adhered
- Schedules, delivers, connects, and provides support for projectors and laptops in Conference Rooms.
- Sets up and operates printing, binding, large format printers and other related equipment.
- Coordinates with vendor to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Provide customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and find solutions to meet customer needs.
- Processes all incoming/outgoing mail and shipments.
- Responds to customer service-related issues within the area department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years related experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
Ability to follow detailed instructions to complete routine procedures and/or operate standard equipment
Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
