FedEx is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician (M/F) to join the Maintenance Sort team at our CDG air hub, working in a dynamic, automated environment with attractive working conditions and salary.

POSITION:

The Maintenance Technician (M/F) ensures compliance with safety guidelines and regulations, supports smooth operations by performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, and guarantees high equipment availability by implementing continuous improvement actions. The technician also oversees the tracking of maintenance actions based on machine and operational KPI performance metrics. This is a full-time position with night shifts required and falls under Integrated Management status.


Accuracy & Attention to Detail; Planning & Organizing Skills; Problem Solving Skills; Team Working Skills;

Versatile skills in both electrical and mechanical fields.

Practical knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling systems.

Experience in troubleshooting automated sorting systems.

Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics.

English proficiency.

Basic skills in sorter maintenance.

Experience in maintaining conveyors and motor controls.

Experience working in compliance with current health and safety standards and regulations.

Experience in a technically challenging environment (ideally in the express sector).

Ability to work night shifts
