Operations Specialist
Description
Involves the application of specialist knowledge which may include Quality Management; Service AssuranceProvides. Country Manager with key support in all areas of station operations: dispatching, customer service, scheduling, tracing, and administrative/clerical, etc., as applicable in the respective station.
Position in family will impact accountabilities such that Associate levels may complete some tasks under guidance and may have responsibility for less complex tasks.
Applies specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments, to support achievement of regional, divisional and corporate goals. Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise. Work on activities with higher impact and/or complexity, Have a broader geographical scope from regional, to divisional and corporate level, Have regular contact with senior or executive management, Support or coordinate peers within department or deliver training to internal customers, Initiate and lead projects, including cross functional projects.
Strong Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Problem Solving Skills, Influencing & Persuasion Skills, Written & Verbal Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Business preferred.
Language: Proficiency in English
Two (2) year related experience
