We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor for AM Warehouse team and own couriers in Kolding.

What you will do:
• Supervise a team of handlers and drivers.
• Ensure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Plan and take action to meet service level targets
• Ensure your team follows safe, secure and compliant work practices during the shift

• Drive improvements and optimizations

• Ensure training and skill development of the team.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in change management.
• Ability to manage own and team time effectively with attention to detail and quality
• Strong customer focus and a highly solutions-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Can contribute with new ideas and be an asset to the Supervisor team
