Supports manager by taking supervisory responsibility for day-to-day coordination of team activities. Ensuring that processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently and that team activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Only candidates from the UAE will be considered
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar or relevant senior role
  • UAE driving license is a must
  • Solid financial literacy with previous exposure to vendor and contract management
  • Solid understanding of managing RFQ for new contracts and amendments
  • Demonstrates exceptional negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of GCC road trucking and border customs clearance is preferred
  • Facility management experience is preferred
  • Overseeing multiple facilities
  • Ability to portray leadership skills when dealing with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Onsite visits to trucking vendors and customers
  • Has strong organizational skills and can handle multiple functions effectively
  • Reports to both direct and indirect management
  • Capable of maintaining composure and working effectively under pressure
  • Experienced in conducting external audits of trucking vendors and customers
  • A basic understanding of ISO standards is preferred
  • Great written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools is required
  • Power BI experience and automation knowledge is preferred
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
  • Due to the nature of the operations, hybrid workplace arrangement is not applicable
