Unterstützt das Management dabei, Abteilungsergebnisse und -ziele zu erreichen, indem er eine Reihe von Aufgaben auf Professional-Ebene erledigt. Dies schließt ein, definierte, mitarbeiterbezogene Bereiche zu koordinieren, operative Angelegenheiten bzw. Ergebnisse zu analysieren sowie an Initiativen im Bereich der fortlaufenden Verbesserung mitzuwirken.

- sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
- gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
- gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten; Fähigkeit der Vermittlung von Briefings/Trainings für kleine Gruppen;
- gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten; sowie gut entwickelte Fähigkeit zur Einflussnahme und gute Überzeugungskraft;
- Erfahrung in einem operativen oder serviceorientierten Umfeld einschließlich der Einhaltung strukturierter Prozesse, P&P etc;
- Grundverständnis der Arbeitsschutz- und Arbeitssicherheit-Anforderungen eines operationellen Bereiches;
- Kundenorientiertes Verhalten und entsprechende Erfahrung;

- Wirtschaftliches Denken und Verständnis der Auswirkungen operationeller Gegebenheiten auf das Geschäft;
- Qualitätsorientiert, gründliche, methodische Arbeitsweise;
- Gute Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Planung und Organisation;
- Erfahrung im effektiven Arbeiten ohne direkte Aufsicht und Teamfähigkeit;
- Gute Prozessorientierung; Erfahrung in der Einführung und Pflege etablierter Prozesse und best practice Methoden;
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, einschließlich Erfahrung in der Analyse und/oder Auslegung stellenbezogener statistischer/Leistungs-Informationen und der Identifizierung von Lösungen;
- Gutes Problemlösungsverhalten;
- Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse;
- Hervorragende administrative Fähigkeiten.

- Langjährige Erfahrung in der FedEx Ops von Vorteil.

What you will be doing:
• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
