Dine arbejdsopgaver:
- Ansvarlig for det team som håndterer Air Sort Operation i Kolding og Billund Lufthavn
- Skiftende arbejdstider mellem kl. 05.00 og 23.00 (37 timer pr. uge)
- Sikre at alle dine medarbejdere er motiverede og behandles retfærdigt og i overensstemmelse med FedEx værdier
- Tilsikre opnåelse af afdelingens KPI’er
- Ansvarlig for at skabe forbedringer og optimeringer
- Sikre træning og udvikling af kompetencer i teamet
- Overholde Trafikstyrelsens regler og lovkrav

- Stærke lederevner med erfaring inden for forandringsledelse
- Evne til at håndtere både egen og teamets tid effektivt med fokus på detaljer og kvalitet
- Energi og entusiasme
- Stærkt kundefokus og en løsningsorienteret indstilling
- Gode kommunikationsevner, både skriftligt og mundtligt
- Struktureret og trives med korte deadlines
- Gyldigt B kørekort (obligatorisk)
- Ren straffeattest/udvidet baggrundskontrol (obligatorisk)
Erfaring fra transportbranchen er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

What you will do:
• Supervise a team, not know the full constellation yet.
• Ensure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Plan and take action to meet service level targets
• Ensure your team follows safe, secure and compliant work practices during the shift
• Drive improvements and optimizations
• Ensure training and skill development of the team.
What you will bring:
• Strong leadership skills with experience in change management.
• Ability to manage own and team time effectively with attention to detail and quality
• Strong customer focus and a highly solutions-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can contribute with new ideas and be an asset to the Supervisor team
• Structure and ability to meet deadlines
