About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing a team of package handlers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality sortation and dispatch of freight.

As a key member of the operations supervisory team, you will report to the Deputy Manager Operations. You will drive performance outcomes, maintain a strong safety culture, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily PM shift operations, ensuring productivity targets and service standards are consistently met
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of package handlers, fostering engagement, accountability, and high performance
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all WHS policies and procedures
• Monitor workflow, volumes, and staffing levels to optimise operational efficiency
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth end-to-end operations

What We Need

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or parcel/freight operations
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Solid understanding of safety practices and operational procedures
• Flexibility to work PM/late shifts
• Full work rights in Australia
• Ability to pass criminal history check
