Position: Operations Support Agent
Location: East Arm NT 0822
Hours: Full-Time 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do:
- Enter data accurately and assist drivers with delivery discrepancies
- Operate forklifts to load and unload freight
- Sort and move freight within the warehouse (manual handling)
- Support freight screening procedures
- Hybrid office / warehouse role.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and a team-first mindset
- A valid forklift license and a focus on safety
- Heavy vehicle (truck) license highly regarded
