Operations Tech Advisor
Description
The Operations Tech Specialist role includes transforming business processes and operational tools to drive global excellence. This involves supporting the conceptualization, planning, design, quality assurance, implementation, and support of technology solutions.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and supporting global technology solutions, manpower, systems/initiatives, and operational processes
- Validating solutions, procedures, and support processes before implementation, developing and delivering communications to peers and management
- Support the planning and governance of FedEx Express global technology initiatives, including publishing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and providing input into milestone accomplishments
- Supporting the planning and implementation of lifecycle activities for global operations assets, performing multiple business analysis and application activities, and providing application and technical support for global business solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelors degree in engineering, business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Analytical, computer, and communication skills.
Job Conditions
Some travel required.
Preferred Qualifications: PowerBi experience – prefer knowledge of PowerQuery, PowerAutomate flows, and PowerApps

Additional Details: Position domicile is open to remote anywhere within the U.S. Operation System Support(OSS) – Position supports multiple business areas regarding mobile equipment hardware and company initiatives
