Position: Operations Support Agent
Location: Enfield, NSW
Hours: Full-Time 08:00 – 16:06 Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter data and assist drivers with any delivery discrepancies
- Sort, move, and manually handle freight within the warehouse
- Support freight screening and compliance procedures
- Perform general warehousing duties, including manual handling
- Participate in regular stocktaking activities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and a collaborative, team‑focused attitude
- Solid administrative and data entry capabilities
- Confident computer literacy
- A valid forklift licence
