Job Description

FedEx has a challenging position for a
Paralegal based in our Legal Shared Service Center in Kraków, Poland.

We are are looking for a new member for our motivated paralegal team in Kraków. The team works closely together with our team of lawyers and compliance specialists at FedEx's European HQ in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. We are looking for a junior legal professional to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting support for different types of corporate documents, coordination of the execution of corporate documents, and filings with local authorities across a variety of European countries;
  • Drafting and negotiation support for different types of sales (related) contracts;
  • Interact with various legal and business stakeholders;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, including improvement of our internal corporate administration playbook;
  • Build up and foster productive working relationships;
  • Working to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment;
  • Other ad hoc duties as required to support the team.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • fluent in English both written and spoken (at least CEF level C1), especially with regard to Legal terminology;
  • keen eye for detail;
  • proficiency in German, Dutch, Italian and/or French would be an asset;
  • a Legal Master’s Degree;
  • good self-organisational skills and excellent communication skills;
  • eager to work in international environment;
  • willingness to learn.
