Payroll Administrator Associate (m/w/d)

Description

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Koordination und Ausführen von festgelegten Aufgaben, die im Zusammenhang mit Gehalts- und

Sonderzahlungen stehen;

- Sicherstellung, dass alle Aufgaben unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Vorgehensweisen ausgeführt

werden;

- Anlegen und Pflege von Mitarbeiterakten gemäß festgelegter Standards;

- Überprüfen der Richtigkeit von erhaltenen Informationen bei den entsprechenden Abteilungen und bei

externen Firmen und Behörden

Voraussetzungen:

- Lohnbuchhalter, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift, Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;

- gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit;

- gute Organisationsfähigkeiten;

- gutes Verständnis der Vertraulichkeit der verarbeiteten Daten und wer darauf zugreifen darf;

- PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office-Paket);

- gutes Telefonverhalten;

- Erfahrung in der Auslegung und praktischen Anwendung von gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in der Lohnbuchhaltung;

- gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen & Prozesse in der Lohnbuchhaltung;

- Grundkenntnisse der Buchhaltungsprinzipien, Methoden und Vorschriften;

- Urteilsvermögen;

- gute analytische Fähigkeiten;

- gutes Zahlenverständnis;

- Erfahrung in der Durchführung vorgegebener Prozesse;

- gute Kenntnisse eines Lohnbuchhaltungs- oder Buchhaltungssystems;

- methodisches und genaues Arbeiten mit der Fähigkeit, vorgegebene Datenkontrollen durchzuführen;

- gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse;

- Erfahrung in der Lösung von Routineproblemen.
