Payroll; Report Time; Manage Pay; Report Payroll Taxes

We are looking for Senior Payroll Specialist (based in Jakarta, Indonesia) with below responsibilities and qualifications :

  • Manage full spectrum of payroll activities for Indonesia, month end close for compensation and benefit accounting, BPJS Health/Manpower contribution, defined pension benefit plan, monthly and annual employment taxes.
  • This role involves liaison with payroll vendors, processing and reviewing payroll reports and performing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage monthly, annual, and periodic filings of statutory payment submissions.
  • Manage Statutory Financial Statement and Tax Authorities audits relating to payroll and employment tax processes.
  • Lead business process streamlining and re-engineering of work efficiency, improve governance and controls.
  • Position requires strong collaboration and communication, working with cross functional teams to provide expertise on payroll matters.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or higher degree holder preferably in Business Studies (Finance/Accounting).
  • 4 years of payroll, employment tax, pension, and accounting experience .
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesia statutory regulations, employment ordinance and policies related to payroll.
  • Experience in HRIS, payroll software solutions and Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with implementation of payroll processes on an industry recognized payroll solution is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
