We are seeking a People Analytics Specialist to join our international people analytics team.
In this role you will focus on delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics for the AMEA and APAC regions, enabling data-driven decisions and actions across the HR function.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with consulting skills to partner effectively with regional business leaders and expert teams to actively influence the adoption and direction of people analytics across the AMEA and APAC regions.

What you will do
In this role you will focus on delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics for the AMEA and APAC regions, by enabling data-driven decisions and actions across the HR function. You have the opportunity to help drive the direction of people analytics in these regions.
Your activities and responsibilities vary, among which:
- Consult with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for people analytics to drive strategic impact.
- Propose project plans from identification to delivery
- Co-develop and leverage data models and pipelines in Databricks to support your analytics and reporting solutions
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and solutions in Power BI
- Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize metrics and reporting frameworks across global
- Develop frameworks and processes to ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance
- Plan and organize own work on daily / weekly basis
You will be a great fit if you have
- A minimum work experience of 4 years in either people analytics, analytics, HR reporting or similar domains, ideally in a complex (global) organization
- Proven technical experience using SQL, PowerBI or similar platforms
- Ideally expertise in Workday, HR business processes and HR operations
Consulting skills and are able to influence and communicate technical topics with a non-technical audience
