People Solutions Specialist
Description
Under limited direction and supervision, provides support and project management of duties necessary to the delivery of best practices of HR strategies and programs within their area of expertise.
Essential Functions
Supports HR programs and strategies to provide the delivery of HR practices.
Analyzes HR data using automated solutions and analysis.
Intermediate HR project management activities to include maintenance of project schedules, status reporting, issue management and other tasks required to effectively support, manage and monitor a project through to successful completion.
Supports HR activities and/or programs to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness and adherence to corporate HR philosophy, policies, and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree preferred
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP certification
Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end investigations, including intake, interviews, evidence review, findings and closure
Strong writing background with demonstrated ability to draft clear, concise investigative reports for audiences at all levels of management.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a related function.
Minimum Experience
Three (3) years directly related experience

Additional Details: This position will support the Surface organization. This position is eligible for telecommuting and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories. Application deadline: 1/23/26 5:00pm CT.
