Execution and coordination of administrative activities related to property security, risk analysis, prevention and investigation of occurrences.
General Job Description:
Under general supervision performs the following activities:
• Tracking and pre-alert of re-shipment of HV goods;
• Registration and setting of Spitfire vehicle locks;
• Badge registration in access control at Genetec;
• Audit of registration of driver releases at Brazil Risk;
• Manifest analysis of vehicles without trackers;
• Check-list of equipment and maintenance requests;
• Vehicle checklist (AUTOTRAC TEST) Linehaul FedEx.
• Checklist of HV operations, performing bait insertions, lock setting, registration of HV FORMs, Cyltronics Lock SMs and control of check in or check out in compliance with PGR, POP Security and application of contingencies by degree of risk in the station and partners;
• Control, receipt and return of ciltronics locks on Linehaul with pre-alert sending;
• Audit of PUD cargo vehicles;
• HV load audit for weekend and holiday safety planning;
• Performs periodic rounds during the day in the warehouse in order to identify possible losses, damages or failures in loads;
• Periodic audit of the cargo report at the terminal to identify loads that have been stopped for too long;
• General investigations, Internal and External Losses Data analysis, image search and Police reports registration;
• Interacts throughout the day with the concierge/supervisors;
• Suppport on risk sssessment of new routes, Fedex stations, partners and customer operations;
• Support in WPVP Investigations;
• On-site support for integration projects and security improvements;
• Container opening
• Anti panic test, fences and FOG
• Local quotes from suppliers.
• Crisis and conflict management.
• May perform other activities as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education
• High school School Degree/Equivalent preferred
• Basic English preferred
Minimum Experience:
• Previous experience in Security, Monitoring, Logistics and Transport Operations or related professional experience.
