Description

Fornece suporte operacional e administrativo diário ao Gerente Sênior ou a um Gerente em operações logisticas e de transporte, garantindo a utilização mais eficaz de tempo e esforço.

Under limited supervision, position is responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy,
completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as
they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may
escalate to senior team members.
Main areas of responsibility include: Operational Support, Dispatch, Admin & Support, Customer Service, Air Network Support,
Operations Support, Service Assurance, Manifesting, Customer Services/ Support Group, Dangerous Goods, Cross-Border Road Linehaul, Domestic Air Linehaul, Road Network, Operational Administration & Support, Sort Support & Trace Management, Reporting, Location-based Customer Service . May be required to perform other duties as assigned


Education:
High school degree/Equivalent. English Skills preferred.

Experience:
Three (3) years related experience. Previous clerical experience including typing (25/35 WPM), data entry, and/or general office skills.

Skills:
Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Microsoft Office & PC Skills, Planning & Organizing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills. Good human relations and communication skills. Clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment. Valid Drivers License and good driving record.
