Description

Involves completing office-based administrative tasks, related to vehicle maintenance area with none or very limited contact with external customers.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under close guidance performs following tasks:
• Maintenance planning, stock control;
• Creation and update Excel spreadsheets for different trackings (equipment reviews, tires, maintenance costs),
• Use and update of area systems
• Enter maintenance orders and purchase orders into the ERP system
• Interact with other teams, including the operations area
• Relationship with suppliers to obtain quotations and purchase inputs/parts used in the workshop and equipment
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum education:
 High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:
• Two (2) years experience in office routine or in administrative area;
• Experience with an ERP system (Maximo, Oracle, RM, SAP, TOTVS, etc.)

Minimum Required Skills:
• Microsoft Office Package - Advanced Excel
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Analytical Skills, Written & Verbal Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Numerical Skills
