General Job Description:
Under close supervision performs the following activities:
• Check of new proposals: checklist and price tables.
• Support in filling out price table information
• Control of price adjustments at stations.
• Support in the preparation of commercial proposals for services: National Road and National Air (RFPs and RFQs).
• Document Management, archiving submitted proposals (Digital Copy), controlling the expiration date of Documents: Permits, Certifications, Declarations, Licenses, Financial Statements, etc.
• Support for system bugs: Opening a ticket to the responsible area to deal with system problems
• Guidance to stations regarding commercial processes.
• Answer commercial quotations
• Analysis and preparation of the discount process and registration of support in the system
• Control of LEADs (Call center, potential and occasional customers, sales campaigns)
• Tracking of payments with financial area
• Creation, maintenance and updating of customers records and registers
• Opening of Workflow to finance for credit analysis
• Record of automatic collections.
• Contact with customers to answer questions or request documents
• Input information and update systems
• May perform other activities as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education
•High School diploma/ bachelor's degree preferred.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power point
Minimum Experience
• One (1) year of experience in a related field
