To drive tractor-trailer vehicle to designated locations safely and efficiently and in full compliance with Corporate policies and local
regulations.

General Job Description
• Drives tractor-trailer between designated stations. 
• Maintains truck freight movement within the determined schedule.
•  Picks-up and delivers IP Heavyweight IP (IPFS). 
• Ensures proper security of truck and on-board freight. 
• Maintains daily log in conformance with Corporate Policy.
• Uses and maintains company vehicle clean and in good operating condition, ensuring it’s properly operated within FedEx corporate and local policies and regulations.
•  Pre-inspects the loader, unloader, and tug and tractor trailer. Assist in the sort and load operations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
• High School diploma

Minimum Experience:
• One (1) year experience of commercial driving.

Minimum Required Skills:
• Valid Drivers License with excellent driving record. 
• Must have all driving permits for FedEx vehicle. 
• Must have good communication skills (written and verbal). 
• Must have basic English skills. 
• Ability to lift up 75lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150lbs with proper equipment. 
• Neat and clean cut appearance. 
• Good human relations skills. 
• Ability to operate manual shift vehicle and loading/GSE equipment. 
• Must complete all FedEx related tests and training.
