General Job Description
- Monitor accidents rate of Health Plan Providers and propose action plans to control and reduce the main causes.
- Coordinate the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO)
- Evaluate people with disabilities, relating the activity to the function and limitations.
- Monitor employees who are on leave with the FedEx occupational health and medicine provider.
- Assist other managers in implementing and maintaining the application of Regulatory Standards and current Occupational Health Legislation.
- Participate in the accident investigation process and technical assistance in the CAT opening process.
- Support with technical support to a group of stations without a doctor on site.
- Coordinate the services provided by FedEx health and occupational medicine companies.
- Coordinate occupational health campaigns with the FedEx occupational health and medicine provider.
- May perform other activities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum education:
•Bachelor's degree in medicine and Specialization in Occupational Medicine with active RQE
•Registration in CRM.
•Intermediate English.

Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years of experience

Minimum Skills Required:
•Knowledge of Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
