GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision performs the following activities:
• Support on the management of area's suppliers;
• Management of maintenance calls;
• Tracking of building maintenance and electrical equipment (SE, Generator, Air Conditioning and UPS);
• Tracking  of budgets;
• Negotiation with suppliers;
• Development of technical scope of works and services;
• Analysis of occurrences and requests para o setor;
• Development of CAPEX and CLEAR.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum education:
• Technical Degree in Electrical or Buildings;
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD;
• Experience in maintenance and facilities;
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Intermediate English;
• Intermediate  MS-Project

Minimum Experience:
• Three to five (3-5) years of related experience.
• Experience in presentation and negotiation with internal and external clients;
• Experience in project development;
• Experience in building and equipment maintenance management;
• Experience in works;
• Experience in developing budgets and construction schedules;

Minimum Required Skills:
• Technical knowledge in maintenance of electrical equipment (SE, Generator, Air Conditioning and UPS).
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Planning & Organizing Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Team Working Skill
