Planning and Scheduling Coordinator

Shift
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-3:30pm
Friday, 6:00am-10:00am
Location: N Brother Blvd, Bartlett, TN
The Planning and Scheduling Coordinator interacts daily with the Planner to coordinate new product launches and track purchase orders. This role collaborates with multiple departments to ensure product movement aligns with contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
Primary Responsibilities
- Compile and distribute production build plans.
- Analyze inventory for raw and finished goods to ensure all available product is processed.
- Gather data from multiple systems to create reports and production plans.
- Review customer priority requests and communicate them to the production team.
- Compile and distribute production reports.
- Review work order reservations to ensure unreserved products are accounted for.
- Perform other reasonably related duties.
- Work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations.
- Report any unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience with Warehouse Management Systems in multiple environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills for logging, formatting, and reporting.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service driven.
- Strong team player.
