Portfolio Program Manager
Description
The Analyst Portfolio Program Management Analysis plays a crucial role in supporting demand management and governance initiatives. This position focuses on assisting in demand prioritization and governance processes, monitoring initiative progress, and providing operational support to ensure effective portfolio management. The Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives and facilitate decision-making forums. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Demand Governance Support: Assist in day-to-day demand triage and governance activities, including preparing materials for governance forums and facilitating discussions as needed.
- Initiative Monitoring: Track and monitor the progress of initiatives through the demand lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and alignment with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Finance, Demand Requestors/Initiative Owners, Enterprise Strategic Program Managers, Domain leads, and Portfolio leads to support demand prioritization and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate initiative statuses, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Process Support: Provide operational support for portfolio management processes and tooling, ensuring consistency and efficiency in execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of portfolio management practices.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects and initiatives related to portfolio management and strategic business objectives as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, technology, engineering, or a related field. Related experience may offset degree requirements.
Minimum Experience
- Two (2) years of experience in portfolio management, business operations, or related field. Related education/degree may offset experience requirements. Additional related skills, education/degree may offset experience requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools is desirable.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of enterprise portfolio management and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and develop insights to maintain continuous visibility into progress and outcomes. Prior experience in building automated reports (e.g. PowerBI), SharePoint and Systems thinking is a pl Time management and organizational skills required to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals and respond to day to day functional needs. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $4,358.59/month - $15,607.31/month Colorado Pay Range: $4,358.59/month - $14,957.01/month New York Pay Range: $4,600.74/month - $15,607.31/month New York City Pay Range: $5,569.31/month -$15,607.31/month
