Principal, Enterprise Architecture Enablement
Description
The Enterprise Architecture Enablement Principal is a senior individual contributor responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions. This role requires deep expertise in business architecture, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. The Principal works closely with leadership to ensure that architecture strategies align with and drive the company’s business goals.
Essential Functions
- Project Leadership: Lead the execution of architecture initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Solution Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement architecture solutions that meet the organization’s needs.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their development and growth within the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture processes, tools, and methodologies.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Process and governance experience - managing demand intake, workflow through established processes and a series of weekly leadership meetings
- Ability to manage multiple cross functional projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI or related experience with building/maintaining dashboards
- Advanced PowerPoint and/or slide design experience for executive level communication/content creation
- Background in consulting and strategic thinking/planning/execution
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, information systems, or a related field.
Minimum Experience
- Five to Eight (5-8) years of significant experience in enterprise architecture or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in leading architecture initiatives and delivering successful outcomes.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preference is to be hybrid in the Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA corporate offices.
Preferred Qualifications: An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. US Pay Range: $8,007.29 to $14,413.11
