Description
Serve in a critical role on the Global Air Freight marketing team to drive revenue growth. Develop solutions and tactical plans to further differentiate and take market share.
Must be innovative, results-oriented, self-starter, capable of coordinating projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment. Demonstrate strong customer and commercial focus, with analytical and strategic thinking skills to guide build-out of the Global Air Freight preferred future state.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Product Management - Marketing (not IT)
Data analysis to inform decision making
Experience developing and executing to a tactical plan
Strategy development
Global teamwork
Business case development / Financial assessments
Revenue-generating solution development
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Business Administration or Marketing. Master's Degree preferred
A minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience with strong international focus
Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills to support strategy or initiatives as appropriate
Innovative, results-oriented, self-starter, capable of coordinating projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment
Experience in product development and product/portfolio management
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated strong communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport with all levels of the organization as well as internal and external stakeholders
Ability to skillfully and creatively navigate organizational and/or resource constraints
Ability to travel internationally if needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or related business discipline.
Five (5) years experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline.
Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management and information analysis.
Strong human relations and communication/presentation skills.
Advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing.
Experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate environment.
Customer-focused orientation.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Pay: Memphis, TN range: $7,488.36/mo - $12,355.79/mo; Pittsburgh, PA range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo; Plano, TX range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
