Description
With very limited supervision, drives development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.
Essential Functions
- Leads development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes.
- Independently leads needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance.
- Independently performs fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
- Leads completion of needed advanced data models and analytics.
- Independently identifies and prioritizes new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization.
- Leads and executes large, complex new-product development initiatives and other marketing/enterprise programs across large, cross-functional work teams.
- Actively coaches and mentors others in less senior positions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Master’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.
Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills.
Strong project management and project management leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experienced project manager who owns long-term strategy for clearance services & leads alignment across global teams to reach objectives. Superior knowledge of competitive, market & economic factors affecting clearance & trade services. Executive presence in communication, presentations, networking & influencing. Expert problem-structuring & quantitative skills to gain critical insights. Subject matter expert on international Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Customs brokerage/Clearance.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $8,007.29 - $14,413.11/month
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN (preferred location). Candidates in Plano, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, Harrison, AR, and Lakeland, FL may also be considered. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius of a FedEx Campus location in these areas.
