Product Manager Senior
Description
Under limited supervision, this individual is responsible for: Leading development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience. Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Evaluating market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and demonstrates ability to perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights. Ability to work with advanced data models and analytics. Prioritizing new features, orchestrates and executes product development. Execute new product development initiatives as marketing or overall development lead across multifunctional team. Coaches others in less senior positions.

You excel in uncovering and synthesizing customer problems and market opportunities using qualitative and quantitative inputs, translating insights into clear problem statements that inform product and investment direction.

Stakeholder Management & Influence
Builds strong cross-functional relationships, aligns diverse stakeholders, and drives clarity and momentum across teams to ensure successful product execution and commercialization.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in supply chain, enterprise workflow orchestration, or related operational technology domains, with a strong understanding of how supply chain point solutions drive operational, customer, and commercial outcomes.
- Experience working directly within, supporting, or building products for supply chain operations, particularly within complex Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Enterprise environments.
- Exposure to supply chain technology platforms across areas such as planning, execution, visibility, orchestration, workflow automation, or operational decision support.
- Background translating supply chain customer needs, operational pain points, market signals, and platform capabilities into clear product strategy, value propositions, roadmap priorities, and commercialization plans.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Platform, or customer-facing teams to position technology solutions around measurable business outcomes such as adoption, revenue growth, margin improvement, efficiency, and customer value.
- Experience with, or exposure to, enterprise technology companies or platforms such as Palantir, Oracle, Blue Yonder, SAP, ServiceNow, Kinaxis, or similar supply chain, workflow, planning, execution, or orchestration solutions.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Three to Four (3 - 4) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Strong executive presence and human relations skills. Strong project management experience. A directly related Master’s Degree is equivalent to two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
Domicile Information
This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.

Pay: U.S. National Pay Range: $102,640 - $153,960
