Description
Works with Product Management and stakeholders to understand the Features and with the ScrumMaster and Agile Team to develop smaller, incremental stories and iteration deliverables based on those Features. Will work with other Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize stories and determine dependencies. Owns the team backlog, defining stories, establishing story acceptance criteria and leading story refinement for preparation of iteration planning and program increment planning. so that the solutions effectively address program priorities.

Essential Functions
- Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the Product Backlog through: business value ROI, alignment with Product Strategy, and resource capacity.
- Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product stakeholders
- Assist in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manages program effectiveness against target metrics Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements information.
- Under general supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (User Stories) and acceptance criteria (Use Cases)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
Minimum Experience:
Two (2) years’ experience in industry or supporting business or technologies that includes Project Management experience and/or SAFe Product Manager/Owner experience.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Strong analytical, computer and communication skills required. Knowledge of Agile and Lean values/concepts and scaling with SAFe framework required. Demonstrated ability to understand complex ideas, break them down into smaller, sequential plan, while understanding interdependencies to deliver solutions. Uses solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues. Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: (FEC_E25) - (FEC_E27) U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $15,607.31/month Colorado Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $14,957.01/month New York Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $15,607.31/month New York City Pay Range: $7,152.35/month - $15,607.31/month
