Program Manager Advisor

Job Summary:

Under limited supervision the Program Manager Advisor is responsible for: Leading development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, considering product life cycle stage and customer experience. Has extensive knowledge on the product's features and capabilities, understanding the complexities and limitations of the product. Tracks and modifies end-user usage to ensure maximum value at minimum cost, manages the product backlog and roadmap, and serves as the primary liaison to the internal and external product stakeholders. Collaborates with product and engineering teams to lead product integrations and deliver valuable product improvements.

Essential Functions:

• Being the interface between the Product and Engineering teams, helping translate product requirements into engineering specifications and user stories.
• Drives backlog prioritization, feature refinement, and cross-functional execution for customer-facing, high traffic and visibility enterprise applications.
• Prioritize features and technical debt, ensuring smooth execution in iteration and program increment (PI) planning.
• Work with product and development teams to break down features into smaller, incremental deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for decisions of supported products.
• Drive all Agile ceremonies and producing and socializing management reports.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong technical understanding of webhooks, APIs, event-driven architecture, and data platforms. 
• Proven experience in backlog management, feature refinement, and sprint execution in an Agile environment.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to lead discussions with multiple stakeholders. Experience working with high-performing teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Jira, Agility, ADO, or other similar backlog management and reporting tools. Capable of conducting all Agile standard ceremonies and interface with the Product Team's counterpart to align Product's requirements to Engineering stories. Ability to work with the Engineering team to create and refine stories for execution. Able to produce accurate project status and blockers for weekly management reports.
• Understanding and/or experience using or driving development of AI technology preferred.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience:

Five to Seven (5 - 7) years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis.
