Program Manager/Business Analyst

Sets strategies and leads the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence.
Essential Functions

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or other quantitative discipline required.
Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) years of experience in a minimum of four (4) of the following areas: application architecture/design, application software development, application support, application maintenance, BI technologies, business area expertise, communications planning/development/ execution, data backup/protection strategies development/execution, data strategies/implementation, data warehousing techniques, database design/implementation, disaster recovery/business continuity planning, ETL design/development, process evaluation/improvement, project monitoring/control, project planning/scheduling, prototype/wireframe development, requirements elicitation/management, server configuration/maintenance including hardware/system software/applications, short-burst training video design/development, software test plan development/execution, system performance monitoring, technical documentation development, technical support-hardware/software/network issue resolution, user interface/user experience design, user documentation development, or user research.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and planning and organizing abilities. Exceptional collaboration skills when working with team members, business areas, systems users, and technical developers.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Skills: Program/portfolio management; understanding of FedEx Operations & business processes; strong business analysis, data discovery, & requirements gathering skills; experience leading software development projects through all phases of the SDLC; ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops & translate business needs into functional requirements; experience supporting UI/UX design, test planning and coordination, communications, & successful solution deployment.
Pay Transparency:
Pay: (FEC_E26) Memphis, TN Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,744.16/month. (FEC_E26) Pittsburgh, PA Pay Range: $6,854.33/month - $11,309.65/month.
Additional Details: Preferred location: Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA; Hybrid. Will consider other U.S. candidates (excluding AK, HI, & U.S. territories); those residing 50 miles of a FedEx campus are required to work on-site at a FedEx location several days per week.
