This is an interview position.


To provide technical direction and project leadership for projects related to Revenue Operations, GTS, Customer Service, Sales and Customer Technology. To act as the main business liaison for all related projects between ITD and other business units. Provides advice and expertise to management and planning team. Leads research and analysis. Prepares recommendations and proposals for strategic, tactical and annual business plans.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree/equivalent - Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Quantiative discipline

Master's Degree or Equivalent (Preferred) - Business Administration

5 years business experience - Professional experience in industrial engineering, information system development, large project management and decision modelling (preferred)

Knowledge of GTS regulatory processes, Call Centre environment, Sales Planning or Revenue Operations

Capital planning/expense planning, forecasting, project management and systems design

Communication Skills

Analytical Skills

Good interpersonal skills

The ability to plan, prioritize, and organize their span of control effectively to meet the business objectives of the organization.

Some travel required
