To collect and analyze routing department projects, issues, and concerns.
Job Description:
Supports project planning, execution, and monitoring by analyzing data, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Project Manager collaborates with project teams to optimize processes, track performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive project success.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Demand Governance team to anticipate upcoming work and proactively prepare architecture teams with necessary resources, priorities and context.
- Refine and maintain the project plan to clearly define the project's objectives, scope, risks, and assumptions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, validate priorities, and incorporate evolving requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive architecture outcomes that align with the organization's Ways of Working, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, value-driven solutions. Champion architectural best practices and foster collaboration across teams to support strategic goals and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on project performance, including timelines, resource utilization, and key milestones. Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and executive presentations to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
- Proactively identify risks and impediments, leading cross-functional efforts to resolve issues. Develop, implement, and maintain mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project disruption.
- Track and optimize resource allocation, tools, and materials across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes, implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices to drive consistency, quality, and scalability.
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication across project teams, leadership, and clients to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and foster collaboration.
- Ensure strategic alignment of all projects with business objectives and organizational priorities, contributing to long-term value creation and operational excellence.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, with a strong grasp of project lifecycle phases.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities to navigate technical challenges and drive resolution.
- Expertise in project management and reporting tools, such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders, foster alignment, and drive consensus.
- Strategic thinking capabilities, ensuring project outcomes are aligned with broader business goals and objectives.

Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in a quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years experience in project management, product development, business /financial and analysis or systems design/development.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: Range: $4,881.62 - $8,461.48 /monthly
