Project Manager Strategic Advisor-1
Description
Perform an advanced level of duties including; project management, research, strategic development and planning, metric reporting and analysis, QDM management, employment policy development, Human Resource (HR) internal customer interfacing and marketing of HR projects/programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Thought Leadership & Strategic Consulting: Act as a thought leader and strategic consultant to challenge conventional thinking, identify innovative opportunities, and drive organizational progress
Ability to collaborate with teams in HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and local site leadership to help ensure operational alignment and readiness
Integrate and align multiple transformation projects, identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities for value realization
Experience with enterprise level transformation work is a plus
Essential Functions
Assist with the vision and direction of the HR team to include employee engagement, process review and oversight, policy development, department marketing, career planning/development, QDM management and other program activities
Act as an advisor to HR management team and all internal customers. Follow-up and coordinate activities and assignments
Develop recommendations, analyses and information on human resources practices and procedures for field operations
Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure policies, processes and education, etc. are identified, assigned, completed and implemented
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Analyze organizational needs and provide employment strategies and execution plan recommendations required to meet identified results
Review new technology opportunities and/or system enhancements and assist in the development and implementation of automation of HR processes
Responsible for preparation of formal management reports and presentations as required on projects.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, human resources, computer science, or other directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years experience strategic development/planning, analysis, project management, or human resources
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Knowledge of human resources policies/procedures/methodologies/techniques. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills. Demonstrated mastery in the core area of the position which may include, but is not limited to human resources, recruitment, employment, compensation administration, benefits administration, employee relations, safety, management development, or EEO/AAP administration.

Additional Details: This position is eligible for telecommuting and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI, and U.S. territories.
