Located in Warrendale, PA - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

General Summary

Lead and drive strategic supply chain initiatives. Oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. Will provide project management guidance and support to project teams working on strategic initiatives. Maintain PMO project repository, status updates, and executive summaries.

This position will be responsible for…

        Run the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives.

        Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

        Support project documentation efforts, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.

        Gather feedback and address concerns promptly to maintain stakeholder engagement.

        Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and assist in identifying risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation to project leadership.

        Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.

        Document lessons learned and leverage insights for continuous improvement.

        Conduct project meetings, contributing ideas and insights to enhance project performance.

        Maintain project management tools and databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

        Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

        Serve as a liaison between departments and senior management to ensure strategic objectives are communicated and understood throughout the organization.

        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform project strategies.

Education/Experience 

        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or related field

        Two to four years in project management; Project Manager certification preferred.

        Strong organizational and project management skills.

        Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

        Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.

        Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

        Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).

        Understanding of financial planning and budget management.

        Ability to think critically about business goals and objectives and align operational tasks to support long-term strategic objectives.

        Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive insights to inform decision-making.

        Accuracy in preparing reports, tracking project progress, and monitoring strategic initiatives.

        Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and facilitate cooperation.

        Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
