Properties Advisor

Description

Provide technical support and leadership to the Properties & Facilities team while performing planning and analysis on development of complex domestic and international facility projects which support corporate objectives and ensure cost effectiveness. Lead VP area Business Plan Process.

Job Description

Under minimal supervision, performs complex facility administration and business data analysis. Proactively manages and prioritizes assigned projects, driving initiatives forward independently with little day-to-day direction

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, or another quantitative discipline, MBA preferred
• Seven (7) years related experience in facility administration and business data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a diverse workload, and solve problems with minimal guidance
• Experience in developing and giving PowerPoint presentations to management
• Strong analytical, human relations, and communication skills required

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. Pay: US pay range: $6,168.90- $13,571.58 monthly
