Manage and maintain the content within the Customer Experience knowledge database which will include, creating, editing, and updating articles, processes and news to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for users.

What you will be doing:

  • Content Management:
  • Maintaining the CE Knowledge Database.
  • Creating new content to support changes to our business processes.
  • Editing and updating articles as part of the annual review process.
     
  • Quality Management:
  • Ensure that all content is accurate, up to date and adheres to quality standards.
     
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and verify content created by other functions.
