What you will be doing:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for our Enterprise Business Services team to manage contract compliance and administration for Business Process Outsourcing Services (BPOs). This role is responsible for contract and financial management, including business case management, negotiations and contract deliverables and obligation monitoring. As the Manager of the Enterprise Business Services vendor management team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, partner to ensure quality delivery from the vendors, and ensure the delivery of seamless, impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong background in vendor management, controls, audit and team leadership.
