What you will be doing:

·       Develop a profound understanding of our Revenue & Cost structure, competitive landscape and network capabilities in support of delivering more effective commercial activities.

·       Lead initiatives within Commercial Execution and beyond end to end; from creating the business case through to post implementation evaluation.

·       Formulate strategy to maximise network revenue to address specific business questions across functions, regions and business partners.

·       Value proposition management & strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups and stakeholders beyond the Marketing function

·       Determine and review appropriate KPIs to coordinate business and financial performance reviews and discuss new lane level opportunities.

·       Guide and support sales by bringing a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analysing the key drivers to results.

·       Conduct regular research and analysis of competitive and market landscape

·       Supporting or leading projects by applying area of expertise.

What do you bring with you:

The ideal candidate would demonstrate:

·       Curiosity and team player attitude.

·       Possess Commercial and Business acumen

·       Experience with query languages and Data Analysis & Visualization Tools (such as SQL, Hive, R, Python, and Databricks, SAS, PowerBI etc.) is a benefit.

·       Very good planning and organisational skills, ideally familiar with Agile way of working

·       Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive Revenue growth, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.

·       Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels

·       Ability to work under pressure/make quick and sound decisions

·       Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).

Revenue Management and/or Logistics experience is a benefit.
