Air Network; Hub Operations; Ground Operations: Ramp/Air Operations (P&P and Audits); Ramp & Gateway Operations; Air Feeder Linehaul; Air Network Control; Air Network Support; ULD Handling; Weight & Balance; Air Operations; Ramp Related Administration

As a FedEx Ramp Agent you will ensure the timely processing of freight and the on-time departure of flights by coordinating the relevant pre-flight activities. The role involves working closely with the warehouse teams under strict time deadlines and pressurized situations to meet flight schedules with most efficient load plans


Key responsibilities:

  • Verify cargo manifests against system information and make amendment of any discrepancies.
  • Deal with internal /external customer queries on all types of freight movements whilst advising the required documentation for onward movement.
  • Input accurate and timely information into systems.
  • Ensure all pre and post flight checks and activities are completed in compliance with operational, security and safety policies, procedures, standards and processes.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent PC Skills to work within our bespoke systems.
  • Good communication skills on all levels.
  • Demonstrates initiative, organization, discipline, and adaptability while working in a pressurised environment.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail.
