Perfect, sounds good. Are you good with:
Request for 4 PPT Ramp Handler positions for AM Ramp
Justification:
*Volumes have increased in 2023 vs 2022. AM Domestic volumes are up 12% and AM International volumes are up 6% so far in 2023. This volume increase is primarily in the labour intensive ODA sort.
* Approved Gantt positions for AM Ramp Operations (currently missing 4 positions from Gantt)
* Gantt review completed for the latest loadplan to meet minimum requirements to handle AM Ramp Operations based on increased volumes and increasing volumes moving into Peak season
Thank you,

Hi Justin,
If it follow the plans and makes sense to you, I am ok with those reqs.
Please add sufficient justification because it is harder to approve a addition than is to approve a replacement.
Thank you
Luiz

Subject: RE: New Requisitions for YEGR AM Ramp
Hi Luiz,
YEGR once again has an AM Ramp Manager (after a couple of months without one) and we went over the recently updated AM Ramp Model and Gantt. When Kyler and I reviewed the staffing, we noticed a significant gap between his actual headcount and the plan. Volumes have increased in 2023 vs 2022. AM Domestic volumes are up 12% and AM International volumes are up 6% so far in 2023. This volume increase is primarily in the labour intensive ODA sort. The number of sort positions is the same but there is a lack of staff to fill them. This is causing both AM ramp sorts to take longer than planned. As Kyler mentions, the positions were approved but Reqs weren’t submitted in recent months. He should have 32 people working the sort plus 2 on vacation for a total of 34 people but only has 30 people. Local engineer approved.
Please can you approve the four PPT AM Ramp Handler reqs so YEGR has its required staffing levels as we prepare for Peak?
Hi Terry,
Luiz will let you know if he approves.
Best Regards/JT

Subject: New Requisitions for YEGR AM Ramp
Hey Justin,
As we discussed yesterday, looking to add a total of 4 PPT AM ramp handler positions requisitions for the time being based on AM Ramp Gantt and increasing volume today, and leading into Peak season. The 4 are already approved per the Gantt and just need approval to create the requisitions again.
Terry, standby for approval.
