Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A); Regional FP&A

Reports to Finance Manager, the Regional FP&A Financial Analyst will mainly support system form project evaluation and recommendation, financial reporting, EPLP cost analysis, financial system development and functional support. This regional role will present opportunities to work with various departments to provide financial services and consultancy and assist the management team in making business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the various function teams and country FP&A for cost analysis to support the pricing strategy
  • Support the system form project initiatives for business decision.
  • Provide function matrix support including monthly BVR and variances analysis, projects review and recommendations, project cost monitoring etc
  • Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, scenario planning, forecasts and profitability
  • Utilising BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, preferably with an MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and familiarity with Essbase, OAC reporting tools and SQL are definite advantages.
  • Sound knowledge in financial management analytical tools and investment modelling
  • Excellent skill in Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong organizational skills and strong business acumen
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and work under time pressure
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English are a must 
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationship
