General Summary….
This position is responsible for providing HR leadership in the delivery of developed strategies in alignment with HR leadership. The job will be focused on leading the execution of human resources strategies, programs and processes developed in the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and will require strong collaboration and partnership with the HR Management teams and leaders. This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders and corporate HR groups in support of employee relations, retention, performance development and leadership development strategies to support the company’s high performance culture and business growth needs. This position is responsible for managing the HR Business Partners and HR Associates in the field organization.

You might be a great fit if….
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience.
- Previous leadership experience required
- Previous automated timekeeping experience; ADP Enterprise and eTime experience preferred.
- Excellent coaching, counseling and negotiations skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
