Regional Manager, Tradelane and Ocean Development AMEA
Description
• To drive the growth and development of our tradelane and ocean business within the AMEA region.
• Responsible for coordinating with products to devise innovative services that meet market demands and customer expectations, ultimately strengthening our market position.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive AMEA tradelane development
- Drive AMEA Ocean business development
- Devise strategies to target sizeable accounts for the key tradelanes and ocean
- Strategize and maintain sizeable tradelane and ocean accounts
- Support RFQs on target tradelanes and ocean
- Direct Sales and Operations to improve on services
- Coordinate with Products to devise product and service to compete in the market and tradelanes
JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE
Experience & knowledge:
- Solid experience (20 years+) in logistics industry
- With strong market and product knowledge
Attribute:
- Good communications skills and excellent business acumen
- Ability to work across geographies and lead cross-functional teams.
- Be prepared fair amount of international travels to meet with customers.
