This is an interview position.



To support the development, implementation and oversight of tactics, campaigns and initiatives as outlined within the annual retail strategy, revenue growth programs and customer experience/retail agency plans as they pertain to all FedEx retail location types and automation platforms throughout Canada. To ensure (with continued guidance) all volume & revenue goals, as well as retail agent/retail customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction goals are met. To provide support in the analysis and development of recommendations for channel marketing opportunities/problems and utilize optimization techniques for retail agent/retail customer value enhancement and continuous channel improvements.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary :

Bachelor's degree/ Equivalent

- Business Administration

- Marketing

- Strategy & Planning

Related Experience Requirements:

Minimum number of years required for entry to this job

- Four (4) years professional/analytical business experience:

Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, FedEx Operations and/or retail experience (at Sr. Specialist or management level) preferred.

Other specific mandatory experience requirements:

- In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (English and French).

Solid knowledge of the following:

- Project Management

- Data Analysis

- Retail POS

- Cash Flow Management & Procedures
