What you will be doing: This is a varied but pivotal role to provide first-line support to the Sales team to reduce corrupted selling time and maximize the Sales focus on profitable growth. You will be working with modern online case management systems and leveraging business intelligence, and other new technologies to provide accurate information to internal customers on general Sales-related inquiries. Additionally, you will be proactively identifying process improvements and working cross-functionally throughout implementation.
What do you bring with you:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent numeracy skills
- High standard of quality and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems as well as good Microsoft Office (e.g., high level of Excel skill)
- Experience with AI tools and managing their implementation in business processes
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of sales reporting tools including PowerBI
- Good analytical skills with experience managing data and reporting
- Flexibility in adapting to a dynamic business environment
- A desire to work in an innovative, fast-paced team
