Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for expanding and deepening relationships with customers who require branded assets for specialized services.

The SDR is responsible for generating potential leads, seeking new business, facilitating sales, and building a book of business.

Job Duties

  • Develop sales strategies to secure potential new customers including prospecting, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
  • Cold call customers and maintain a book of business.
  • Create and maintain strong customer relationships and identify branded asset solutions that meet their specialized needs while improving key performance indicators.
  • Create and maintain CRM information in FCC systems.
  • Navigate internal processes to coordinate and collaborate on support and solutions with internal teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience and close business.
  • Collaborate with sales peers, marketing, finance, operations, and other areas as appropriate in developing/implementing solutions that generate revenue and improve gross margin and other key performance indicators.
  • Become a trusted advisor operating with integrity and accuracy.
  • Operate with a sense of partnership, helping our customers see value in our solutions while maintaining margin.
  • Ask for referrals for new business and for customer references with new prospects when appropriate.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Perform other assignments (or duties) as required.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or related field required or 4+ years of relevant experience required in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience prospecting, qualifying leads, consulting with customers, identifying solutions, persuading, negotiating, and closing deals while remaining enthusiastic and resilient.
  • Experience in B2B sales required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that are customer centric.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and key performance indicators.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others across various modalities.
  • Demonstrated creation and maintenance of a book of business strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, commensurate on experience. Role is bonus incentive eligible.
